CCV Cable Making Machine

The CCV (Catenary Continuous Vulcanization) Cable Making Machine is a sophisticated extrusion line primarily for producing Medium and High Voltage (MV/HV) XLPE-insulated power cables. It features a triple extrusion crosshead for simultaneous application of the inner semi-conductive, insulation, and outer semi-conductive layers. The cable then passes through a long, curved (catenary) CV tube using a controlled dry nitrogen or steam process for continuous vulcanization (curing) and subsequent cooling. This highly automated, PLC-controlled process ensures superior concentricity, uniform thickness, and minimal material wastage for high-quality, long-length cables.
