PVC Pipe Making Machine

A PVC pipe making machine, or PVC pipe extrusion line, is an automated production system designed to manufacture various diameter and thickness PVC, UPVC, or CPVC pipes. Key components include a twin-screw extruder to melt and plasticize the PVC resin, a die head to precisely shape the molten material, and a vacuum calibration tank for sizing and cooling to ensure dimensional stability. Further cooling is achieved in water tanks, followed by a synchronized haul-off unit that pulls the pipe consistently, and finally, an automatic cutter section severs the pipe to programmed lengths. Production capacity varies widely, typically ranging from 50 kg/hr to over 800 kg/hr, depending on the machine's scale and screw diameter, with line control often managed by PLC systems for high precision and efficiency.
