Sioplas Cable Making Machine

The Sioplas Cable Making Machine is a Triple Extrusion Line designed to produce Silane Cross-Linked Polyethylene (XLPE) insulated cables, often for Low and Medium Voltage (up to 33kV) applications. Key features include a triple-layer cross-head for simultaneous extrusion of inner semiconductor, XLPE insulation, and outer semiconductor layers, ensuring tight tolerance and eliminating contamination. The line, which can handle conductor sizes up to 1000 mm² with speeds up to 20 m/min, is controlled by a PLC system with features like easy cable centering and an oil-circulation heating/cooling system for superior temperature control during the critical XLPE curing process.
